Işık ve Ses Enstalasyonu · Tophane-i Amire, İstanbul · 2016. A site-specific audio-visual performance in the Single-Dome Hall of Tophane-i Amire, where an inverted metal dome answers the historic one. Installation · Performance, Tophane-i Amire, Istanbul. TUNK: İstanbul mimarlık, sergi tasarımı ve enstalasyon ofisi.

Built inside the Single-Dome Hall of Tophane-i Amire, the work examines the relationship between light and the historic dome in new layers, through an inverted metal dome, sound, digital image and programming. Light falling from the eye of the dome triggers projection and sound, and the inverse dome on the floor forms a sphere together with the dome of the space. Across this constructed sphere run animations of abstract geometric forms drawn from a selection of HAS Architects' projects, so that old and new, whole and fragment, real and virtual alternate rather than replace one another. The audience is surrounded by moving light and sound, and notions of time and space blur. Site-specific audio-visual performance, 15 minutes: metal construction, sound, projection mapping, computer software, video animation, moving head light.
